GGSL was incorporated in Nigeria in the year 2005 as an Industrial Catering and Facility Management Services Company. The company's dream was articulated by a group of seasoned Nigerians in Industrial Catering professional services — at a time when the Nigerian Government was developing a policy zeal for indigenous participation in the Oil Industry business in our country.

Mindful that an oilfield labour component is made up of both local and foreign personnel of various nationalities, we developed a catering team that could offer quality meals, housekeeping and laundry services meeting the taste of diverse nationals. This strategy offers every crew member the satisfaction and comfort needed to face the core service lines he or she has come to perform.

Our Laundry and Housekeeping groups deliver their services very professionally as to earn our clients the comfort of rest and relaxation.

We have over these years developed a stream of Facilities and Equipment to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of our services and operations. Our fleet of operational vehicles comprises of the most modern Mack Trucks and Trailers, Mercedes Benz Refrigerated Vans, Toyota Bus Vans, Toyota Hilux Vans, cars of various makes, etc. Presently, we are operating with over twenty pieces of Refrigerated Containers, Chiller Containers and Dry Stock food containers. All these give us the leverage and comfort of Logistics Chain System of food delivery to both deep Offshore Locations and Onshore Camp Facilities. We are also, at liberty with Industrial Kitchen Equipment and facilities. At any moment of our Business life, we have a standby, fully equipped Kitchen/Dining mobile facility. This arrangement was put in place out of experience of exigencies in which situation, we support our clients and prospective ones with fully furnished mobile kitchen/mess hall.

Our Corporate status with the Nigerian Government is that GGSL is a Private Limited Liability entity. We are yearly audited by the Department Of Petroleum Resources (DPR) with current yearly Certificate issued. Our Company is Pre-qualified by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and approved in the Data Base of NIPEX as an Industrial Catering/Facility Management Services (Special Category) company. We are inspected, audited and certified by the Nigeria Ports Authority to operate through the Ports for our Offshore locations. We are licensed by the Nigeria Customs Services for Food Chandelling Services to vessels and Offshore Barges. Our Storage Facilities and packaging processes are yearly inspected by the Federal Ministry Of Health and Certificate of Clean Health renewed for us every year. We are fully compliant with the regulatory laws and institutions in the Oil & Gas Industry. Our list of Clients comprises of both the International Oil Companies (IOCs) and Oil Servicing Companies operating in Nigeria.
